Internationally acclaimed Julian Bliss started playing the clarinet at the age of 4. He studied in the States and now performs both as a soloist and chamber musician and also as a clarinet designer introducing the Leblanc Bliss range of affordable instruments to a new generation of players.

He is accompanied by Robert Bottriell who even while a student was much in demand as an accompanist for master-classes, recitals and singing lessons. He has worked as a répétiteur for many groups and is currently the staff accompanist for the Royal Academy of Music.
